What is a norm, rule, law and regulation?

Norm: A started or pettern, especially of social behavior, the is typical or expected.

Rule: One of a set of explicit or understood regulations or principles governing conduct or procedure within a particular area of activity.

Law: The system of rules which a particular country or community recognize as regulating the actions of its members and which it may enforce by the imposition of penalties.

Regulation: A rule or order having the force of law, prescribed by a superior or competent authority, relating to the actions of those underthe authority's control.
